The 2nd Class, with the presence of the leaders and their teams, went so wellthat we never stopped living the discipline of OVERCOMING on the SEMEAR
agenda and in the 3rdgroup we risked EVEN MORE. Not only people from thetesting area and their leaders came, but people from R&D, Process, Quality
and even Business and NPI Managers.
This group was unique from the point of view of diversity, of branches,areas, functions and positions, to take SEMEAR to the next level and validate
that Excellence is not done with positions and functions, but with differentSKILLS connected by VALUES and aligned by a Greater PURPOSE. We closed a
cycle where leaders, employees and businesses can put the knowledge andmethods learned into ACTION.
And with the 4thand 5th Classes it was no different! CONTRIBUTION and theDESIRE to INNOVATE was the FOCUS of our process at all times. Altogether
56 SEEDERS have graduated and another 13 are in the process of formation!
